1. What type of credit cards do you accept?

2. What is your default shipping method and how soon can you ship the order out?
USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation is normally what we use. Processing takes about 2-3 business days. Shipping time from Hawaii may vary from 3 business days to west coast to 5 business days to east coast. Shipping time to overseas may take about 6 to 10 business days.
3. How much is the shipping and handling charge?
For domestic, we charge $7.95 for quantities up to 5 pcs, and $15.95 for 6 pcs and up. For intenational shipping, $29.95 for first 5 pcs and $39.95 for 6 pcs and up. International customers will be responsible for their duties and taxes may occur.

4. Can I return or exchange my ordered items?
Customers satisfaction is always our top priority. If you do not satisfy with your order in any reason, you may return any unworn items in its original condition within 14 days from your receiving date for a full refund but less shipping and handling charge. Your return postage can't be refund, either. Please allow up to 14 business days for issuing credit. No returns for special orders.

6. Can I place bulk or special order?
Yes. We are designer and manufacturer which distinguish us from other online vendors. Please email us any questions, concerns, and suggestions you may have to best meet your needs and to improve our quality. You may also send us your designs and we make for you.

Stock Status
7. How do I know whether my order is in stock or not? What will happen if my order is not in stock?
Normally, the stock status will be shown by clicking on the pull down menu. If the particular size is temporarily out of stock, that size will be removed from the pull down menu so you will not see it. In case the size shown on the web is out of stock, the factory will rush to fill it and ship to Hawaii or you directly. In this case we will inform you how many extra days needed for you to receive the order.
