1.WHAT TYPE OF CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All major credit cards are accepted. Please refer to the bottom of this page for other accepted payment method.

2.WHAT IS YOUR DEFAULT SHIPPING METHOD AND HOW SOON CAN YOU SHIP THE ORDER OUT?

USPS Ground Advantage with delivery confirmation is normally what we use. Processing takes about 2-4 business days. Shipping time from Hawaii may vary from 4 business days to west coast to 6 business days to east coast. Shipping time to overseas may take about 6 to 10 business days. Jumbo sizes will be make-to-order and will takes 6 to 10 days to ship out.  

3.HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE?

For domestic, we charge $8.95 for amount up to $100 (include $100), and $15.95 for $100 up. For international shipping, $39.95 for amount up to $100 (include $100), and $59.95 for $100 up. International customers will be responsible for their duties and taxes may occur.

4.WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PHONE NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

Sometimes your order is out of stock in Hawaii and we will  send your order from factory via express carrier. The carrier needs contact phone number for timely delivery.  

5. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDERED ITEMS?

Customers satisfaction is always our top priority. If you do not satisfy with your order in any reason, you may return any unworn items in its original condition within 14 days from your receiving date for a full refund but less shipping and handling charge. Your return postage can't be refund, either. Please allow up to 14 business days for issuing credit. No returns for special orders.

7.CAN I PLACE BULK OR SPECIAL ORDER?

Yes. We are designer and manufacturer which distinguishes us from other online vendors. Please email us (yuntech@hawaiiantel.net, GeorgeL@palmwaveHi.com) any questions, concerns, and suggestions you may have to best meet your needs and to improve our quality. You may also send us your designs and we make for you.

8.HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER MY ORDER IS IN STOCK OR NOT? WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF MY ORDER IS NOT IN STOCK?

Normally, the stock status will be shown by clicking on the pull down menu. If the particular size is temporarily out of stock, that size will be removed from the pull down menu so you will not see it. In case the size shown on the web is out of stock, the factory will rush to fill it and ship to Hawaii or you directly.

9. Can I place Jumbo size order such as 4XL and size 44 or larger? How long will it be shipped?

Yes you can and it will be order-to-make basis and will be shipped in about a week.  

10. Can I come by to pick up the order? 
Yes you can and please let us know and we will have your order ready and refund you shipping fee.
